What can I expect from this event?
This is a rare and unique opportunity to witness interational artists perform in an intimate setting in a great chamber music hall renowned for its exceptional acoustics. It's a truly special experience, as if the music is being played just for you, up close and personal. You will be welcomed in a 16th century beautiful building with a complimentary drink and a bite and then guided to the concert hall. A must for anyone who loves music and cherishes the magic of a live performance.

This experience is held indoors in a well ventilated 16th century state monument.
How long does the experience last?
1.5 hours
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event however you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink and a bite.
Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated parking at our venue but there are parking options nearby.
Will there be additional sessions?
We cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look is fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying it.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking or hire the event space?
For group bookings of less than 20 people, please head to the experience page to book your tickets. For groups of 20 people or more and private venue hire, head to our Group Bookings page to benefit from discounts or to get in touch about private hire.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, food, and beverages are all prohibited. Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere at the event.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience better than a regular concert because the visual aspect is dominant; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people because it is a musical performance.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at ajkun@aol.com

Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement; there are kids tickets available.
Are stroller/prams allowed?
Yes they are allowed.
Will there be an audio guide?
